HOW TO ENTER THE REGIONAL FESTIVAL

Before you fill out the entry form

• Read the information about the SGCNZ Board Policies.
• Once you have completed reading these, click on the 'I Agree' button at the bottom of the page.
• You will be taken to the Registration page to fill out your entry form.

Filling out the Entry Form

• Please make sure that you collect as much information as possible for your entry form before you begin filling it out online. You will not be able to submit the form until all the fields have been filled in.
• View/Download a screenshot of the online registration form to see the information required to complete it.(PDF)
• View/Download step-by-step instructions for filling in your entry form.(PDF)
• Before submitting your entry form, make a note of the Access Key and Password.

Returning to your Entry Form to update information

To return to your entry form you will need to make note of the following:

• Your Access Key number - this is given to you as part of your registration.
• Your Password - you will need to create a password.

Please Note

• You can register up to 12 entries.
• You will need to complete a new form for each entry. Please note the Access Key number and Password for each separate entry.
• Please email SGCNZ if you are unsure whether your SGCNZ Friends sub is current
  sgcnz@sgcnz.org.nz.
